Worst service
Worst service - very bad experience for my 1st and last using Zalora Malaysia. 1. Delivery exceed delivery time frame. 2. Did not take responbility to check with the courier service on the delivery. 3. Always chat with the AI instead of human being. 4. Giving reason for delay cause by MCO or EMCO. The best part is I am so lucky as the payment method is COD and buying 1 item only.
