Disappointing Quality – Screen Burst & Power Issues After Warranty I purchased a dash cam from KNF Concept and just one week after the warranty ended, the LCD screen started to darken in the middle — it looks like it’s spilled or burst from the inside. On top of that, the device now won’t turn on or off properly, even though it was working fine for the past year. This is incredibly frustrating, especially for a safety device that’s supposed to be reliable. The company offers no support or repair options. I would strongly advise others not to buy anything from their website. Very poor product quality.
