Poor introduction
I was contacted by an Ethos representative with an offer to upgrade my existing life insurance coverage however, after accepting the offer, there was no follow up, no instructions on how to access my new policy and no documents provided. My first payment was processed 2 days ago and I have yet to hear from Ethos regarding my policy.
