TERRIBLE SERVICE?? SCAM!!! DO NOT USE THEM!! I booked my roundtrip via Skyscanner and I selected ExploreTrip. I paid with a mastercard and i received my confirmation. i went to the airport to board my flight and my flight was cancel without my knowledge. When I contacted ExploreTrip they appologize and agree to give me ANOTHER DAY AT A HIGHER PRICE & I TOLD THEM I WANT MY REFUND. They told me i would get my refund within 7 business days and it has been over 14 days and i am still WAITING ON MY MONEY AFTER MANY CALLS AND EMAIL.
