Sparkx I7 CFS Nano printer worked fine
Sparkx I7 CFS Nano printer worked fine, then when loading a new reel of filament, sensor 3 did not work. Followed Creality's troubleshooting process and THAT process determined that sensor 3 in the CFS Nano unit was faulty. Took 2 days to get Creality to respond with no helpful information. Called the Support Line and spoke with lady with very broken English. She asked for the same information I had provided in a support ticket. I gave here the ticket number and she again asked questions that were answered previously, and stated I would receive an email within 3 hours from support. I did get the email and it asked for a video of the problem. Provided all the info they requested. All I want is a process to replace a unit on a printer under warranty. I thought AT&T had the worst customer service, but Creality beats them by miles. It's been 4 days and still no word from Creality.
