a review on product(qq coin) and services
well zhiwei provides a great service when dealing with my problem. however, i still need to say tht the product i bought(qq coin reload) is not tht good and troublesome. in the description i am told tht it support wechat account as well but it turns out to be false and i can only top up in my qq account. this is not the worst, the thing is one of the product i usually use(qq card reload) is always out of stock. i can say i have waited for about 5days yet nothing changed. i can understand tht there might be problem from the supplier, but still i strongly hope tht all of this restocking process can be done on time. this is my suggestion to you and i hope tht you can make some changes on this issue. once again, zhiwei, ur customer service do provide a good service in this whole process although the problem arent sovled at all but i can feel its professional and patience. thank you.
