Pre-order and waited for 3 weeks to receive nothing. Wrong parts received. Bad customer service.
Took you 21 days to tell me that vendor is out of stock. What's the point of pre-order, wait for 3 weeks, then get nothing in the end? A waste of time. Customer service is terrible. Has no intention to work on customer relation. And I received a wrong item in one of my order. Money paid for this brand, but get other brand. This will be my last time buying from you, will also share this horrible experience with others. Not trustworthy anymore.
