At first I loved the fact that I could schedule the time at which I wanted to receive the mail and it was really easy to do it. Excellent communication interface, there was a chat on line where I could ask for a little change on the date. Even I was in Europe the chat was open very early. Later in the day as I was a little stressed by the timing of the copyshop I asked the ticket for 15 minutes earlier and it came in time. Really appreciate how it was simple and fast to communicate. The ticket was perfect. Thanks a lot to the Mrs Kim. I recommend warmly.
