Delivery was awful. Fed Ex was terrible about delivery. It was such an ordeal. H2O Labs had great customer service, though. The distiller is fantastic. I think everyone should have one. We have a hard time keeping up with our water demands. It is challenging to schedule producing 3 gallons per day. One gallon of this pristine water just isn't enough.
