Very disappointing- never again
Terrible customer service, asked to talk to a supervisor multiple times, no luck. Over charged for my trip that was canceled due Covid last year, now I m paying half of the ticket price so I can reschedule my plane ticket this summer. I never paid so much money for a plane ticket in my life! Apparently there is nothing I can do at this point. Stay away people!
