Exploretrip agency = Thieves
I booked a round trip with Exploretrip agency. Unfortunately the airline cancelled my return flight due to Covid. So I called Exploretrip agency and asked them for a refund since I wasn’t the one who cancelled the flight. They also couldn’t find me any available flights for that same day. This is what one of them said while shouting at me: “You will not get a refund! You called a few times so stop calling us!” I asked to speak to a supervisor. “I will not transfer you to the supervisor and will hang up the phone now. Byeeee”. I called back to file a complaint and the next customer service personnel had the same aggressive behavior. If it wasn’t for my bank protecting me Exploretrip would have STOLE my money. Stay away from this agency at all cost. Hope this will help.
