Useless, unbreakable, pain in the Ass
I live in Southern California US and have Metro by T-mobile, for service. I bought a BV9800 Pro. I'll admit, the phone is indestructible. I've thrown it, stepped on it, drove over it with my truck, dropped it off 2nd story balcony and it has yet to get a scratch on it. That is why it gets 2 stars. As far as it being useful, dependable, or even work as a basic phone, it's useless!!! Since day one, I can't get a GPS signal, when driving, which makes navigational ability useless. Always loses satellite signal, which makes my job next to impossible, since I do service calls. Then, it is a battle to try to keep my media and wifi working. If I have both active and receive a call, as soon as I pick up, it disconnects. If I try to make a call, I get a busy signal. I have to turn wifi off, for calls, but if I do, then I can't go on line, or I can get on home page, but if I try to reroute to another page I get Offline notice. I also can't load any apps that require going online. I have to constantly reset my media and wifi, as well as change my APN, every other day. This phone is an absolutely, useless, pain in the ass, that I can't break,, to justify, spending another $500, that I don"t have, on another phone.
