UPDATED: They have made it better since I wrote this... The site was down for half a day, and the customer agent said, "We won't charge you for the use today." This made no sense, considering it was NOT working AT ALL, which shows the company's level of care for its users. I have seen this company year or year squeeze people and offer nothing new worth noting...
