Good customer support
I wasn't sure what to expect with customer support with a warranty claim with an international company, but thanks to Erin in the customer support team it has been an easy and informed process. I can't help but feel some dissapointment that my battery failed, especially only a few months after taking delivery of it. However the prompt and timely support I recieved from Erin was reassuring, and I felt like Erin made this a priority for a quick turn around time. Thanks for your help Erin, much appreciated.
