Bad customer service
Bad customer service, lack of communication, disrespectful. I had few bad time with them but the worst is 1. Delivered the bad product, redo the product but different than provided design and then blamed on customer. 2.Customer paid for expedited shipping, they can’t do it but they let customer know only after they ship the product out. So the product can’t use because customers want it on time. 1 star is still a lot to give.
