They ruin your face and steal your money. Both me and my sister ordered from Proven and we both have different skin concerns, both of us had major breakouts. We reached out to customer service and they said to keep using their products and they won’t give us a refund. We kept using them but it just got worse. After a couple months my face is still ruined thanks to their ineffective products. By the way, all beauty brands use computer science and data collection to source and create skincare products. This company does nothing new. I am a black software engineer myself and wanted to support fellow POC in STEM but after this experience and their rude staff, I’d never support them again.
