FULL DEPOSIT-NO RETURNS
Item quality marginal, sizing chart runs very small for me, customer service response time acceptable, return policies = forgetAboutIt as I was told to repurchase items that fit at a 40% discount and keep the items that don't fit. Still waiting to see if I can get a refund but the process is made to be overwhelmingly complicated. I will never purchase thru this company again. CHECK SIZING AND RETURN POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASES AS THEY ARE AS GOOD AS NON-RETURNABLE, UNLESS YOU LIKE RUN AROUNDS :)
