No customer support! No way to cancel order. Suspicions business practices!
After placing and order I noticed that I didn’t need the item. So I went to the website to cancel it. There is no way to cancel and order. So I replied and contacted them through all email communication channels, but I never received a single response or acknowledgment. There is no way for me to request a refund. This is a very suspicious behavior or a company. I won’t be buying their products from their site. I fear for my data that I had to provide them as well.
