Booked/charged me for a fake ticket
I just arrived at San Jose airport and they said there’s no record of me being booked on my flight. I booked and paid via Explore Trip and have a booking confirmation and payment receipt. Explore Trip are impossible to contact (phone number doesn’t work and you can’t DM them on Twitter or FB) Amazing that Sky Scanner would partner with what’s clearly a scam company.
