Terrible Support! FCC bug out bigtime on tech support issues
FCC let themselves down so badly with their very poor support! I'd give them Zero Stars on support but it's a great program when it's working so 2 stars. For the last 3 weeks I've been trying to get 3 simple issues fixed - 1. access to recordings: eventually fixed after more than 4 hours of my time and 8 chronological days wasted on the issue. 2. Subscriptions properly acknowledged and the paid for provisions provided - a further 2 hours of my time wasted and now we're up to 12 chronological working days with the issue still not resolved 3. halfway through this support marathon my Video cast and Screencast both stopped working. For 6 working days I've been unable to train my remote team - which is all I use the service for. In despair we've gone back to Zoom, which is not nearly so good a platform but at least it's there!! Still NOT EVEN AN ACKNOWEDGEMENT from FCC that the non-broadcast issue exists, despite 3 support tickets being submitted and over a dozen emails sent about it. Plus the UK Support Telephone line has had a fault on it for the last 9 business days. I tried telephoning the USA Support number but that was not a success - I got an abrasive and unhelpful manager who went out of his way to pick quarrels with me and to waste his time and my own with total non-issues instead of addressing my clear and simple requests for technical support. I tried to escalate but he told me that I couldn't! I'm stuck with trying to deal with this unpleasant person who has been so rude and nasty to me. Not to mention he hasn't fixed the issues. What a mess. What a disorganised accountability set-up. Terribly disappointing! I love this platform and it's so sad that I can't even use it because of tech issues since their support is so rotten. Hope it all gets fixed eventually so I can begin using the platform again.
