Friendly customer service
The customer service is very friendly indeed. I was thinking of buying my first gokart, but I had no idea what would be a good option for a complete newbie. Even though I didn't know anything, the customer service was very respectful and helpful. They gave me a few options and told me the benefits of each. Thank you
