I was sent a different, cheaper product and then ignored by customer service
I paid £20.97 for this necklace in Black (plus £4.91 shipping). I was sent the cheaper £17.50 White version. I emailed the customer service TWICE on separate days to try to sort this out. It has been a week and they STILL have not replied. Now that I check on the product page again, they have REMOVED the product I paid for, so now there's only the White version of the product showing, so my review will seem nonsensical. This is just infuriating because the White version of this necklace looks NOTHING like the Black version that my sister wanted for her birthday. Tl;dl: I paid £26 pounds total to be sent a different, cheaper product and then ignored by customer service. Don't buy from myThaya.
