Purchased my JOVS face and neck mask…
Purchased my JOVS face and neck mask last prime day and love them both. The face mask took a little getting used to without an opening for the mouth, but I don’t think of anything about it now. The clasp on the neck mask does not get tight enough around my neck so I use a clip to help with that. A few of the lights quit working in the face mask and with one simple email, the JOVS Customer Service team immediately offered to replace the mask! Couldn’t be more pleased with how easy it was as replacements can be difficult these days with so many of companies. Highly recommend!
