Scamming clients
The website produces plans that don’t match the conditions selected, effectively encouraging users to pay for coverage that would not apply when it’s actually needed. After a long back-and-forth chain of emails, it was clearly stated that... they do not actually offer insurance for immigrants on the page that says "insurance plans for immigrants". However, for some reason, trustpilot decided to remove my review in the meanwhile. EDIT : Ofcourse visitorscoverage claims to not have any knowledge about this. Before deciding to remove this review as well, I would like to ask Trustpilot's staff to contact me so I can provide the relevant email discussion and the documents that prove the scamming technique.
