UOB Thailand is easily the worst bank. I have been struggling with a credit card transaction dispute for over 3 months and the only reply I keep on getting per email from their call center is: “ Dear Sir, Thank you for your inquiry. Please be informed that we have already escalated your request to the responsible unit for further assistance. We will contact you as soon as possible.” I have sent more than 20 emails and they never called me back. I have called the call center myself many times and I just keep on getting empty promises. My email to their customer services got the following reply: “Thank you for your email. We will respond to your enquiry/request via email or phone call within 3-5 business days.” After one month I have not received a reply! Never do business with UOB Thailand!
