Feels Like a scam

Only after paying and downloading the app does it become clear that data recovery is limited to very old Samsung models. This crucial limitation is not disclosed on the main page, which is exactly where desperate users are looking for a real solution. For newer phones, the app simply tells you to perform a hard reset, which wipes all data—something anyone could find online for free. I requested a refund within 10 minutes of purchase, but was told I must buy the “correct service” or another product to qualify for a refund. That is absurd. If there is no service I can use, why would I purchase another one? This feels deliberately misleading and preys on people in urgent situations. Very disappointing. Avoid.
