Please don’t purchase from this seller
Please don’t purchase from this seller. I thought they were legit because a popular Italian influencer follows them. I was stupid enough to order 2 pairs of shoes from them. I also paid for expedited shipping which meant I’d ideally get the shoes in 2 weeks. I messaged them 5 days after I paid to find out when the order would leave and they said it’s being processed and orders get shipped 3 to 7 days after payment. On day 8 I still didn’t get notified of my order being shipped and I messaged again where they said that it’s a ‘hot’ item and they need more time. I emailed again after that only to be told it’s out of stock and I need to be patient. This is when I realized that I probably won’t get the shoes. I requested a refund through PayPal and raised a case against this company only for them to immediately message me to say PayPal won’t give me my money back and I need to cancel the case so they can refund. This was ironic since PayPal gives them time to respond so that they can determine what’s going on. They didn’t respond to my case and I was refunded by PayPal. They were trying to get me to cancel so that they keep my money or only give me a part refund. Please be careful. If I didn’t purchase through PayPal I would have lost all my money that I paid for shoes that I would never receive.
