I had Amelia as my representative and she did amazing. She was quick to respond to my emails. And very quick to fix MY mistake I had made with the zip code. My zip code auto populated to my last address, I didn’t catch until delivery was attempted. I wrote her the next day she had the mistake fixed. Truly amazing with her quick customer service. I am also very statisfied with my S-shape machine. I give my clients immediate results with this machine with just one treatment and so thankful I was able to find the handle I needed to be replaced (nothing wrong with the machine, we moved it, and didn’t take the handles apart, one snapped, our mistake! Not the machine). Very satisfied with my purchase (3 years ago originally)!
