I have been a customer of Pretty Neat Creative for over 2 years now, and have purchased several pictures to do. I've also had contact with their Customer Service - Elly specifically - with a couple questions, not because of a problem. I have found PNC to be a company that not only is customer-oriented, but offers excellent quality products. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who is interested in trying this craft as a new hobby.
