I placed an order in 17/01/2024
I placed an order in 17/01/2024, I waited and no goods, I checked the website and it stated order unfulfilled, used the links on email received, the links did not exist. I managed to get an email address from the site, sent an email and a response was received a couple of days later advising address error, I confirm my address which is no different to the one I input when ordering, just received an email to advise the order “thank you for your reply. We will resend the package to you. Delivery time is 12-24 days. Thanks”. I do not advise anyone to order from this site, as I have just advised in an email this is a joke.
