Terrible Company
I purchased a hat via PayPal with this company. My PayPal was accepted. The hat sat "waiting to be shipped" and "we will ship it out a.s.a.p." when I visited my order. I wrote three separate emails to the company and "customer service" after 2 weeks with zero replies to me. I filed a complaint with PayPal, still no response after yet another week. Only after escalating to a claim with PayPal did I get a stock email saying hat is on the way. Ridiculous! Will never buy there again. UPDATE: after finally receiving hat (after 2 months) the hat came in a plastic bag and was CRUSHED. It also did NOT have an embroidered logo on the front, it was a peeling, cheap plastic cutout stuck off center on the hat! Back to PayPal!
