The customer service of the cashier need room for improvement
I visit the NTUC Finest at Bedok Mall yesterday for my usual grocery. I am very upset & pissed off when I reached home then I saw the price on the receipt not right. I quickly went back & demand that I am over charge for it. The mid age lady cashier not happy & I told her that I never see the receipt on the spot cos I have a lot of grocery to carry. She give me an unhappy face.She returned me the overcharge $ on the table instead of passing it to me. What kind of attitude is that ?
