I couldn't backup viber from my Samsung j7 phone. After selecting Viber > Android > Samsung > J series the application couldn't detect my phone. Even after unplugging and re-plugging it several times. After that I followed the instructions to activate USB-debugging on the phone. Even after enabling it the application couldn't detect my phone.
