Superb service
I ordered a light fitting and when it arrived there seemed to be some parts missing, so I emailed them. I got a response within 24 hours asking me what the problem was. I took photos to show what was missing and sent them. Again within 24 hours they responded asking clarification as to what the missing parts were. Again within 24 hours they responded to say they were sending me the missing items. Who out there can say their complaints are dealt with so quickly, nobody, even in the US if you bought it from a US supplier it would take weeks and cost you twice the price.
