Main component missing. Moglix refuses to address the issue.
Today is 14th June, and like the experience of many others who ordered from Moglix they just raise tickets, ask for your order ID, will send an automated message that somebody will get back to you and then do nothing. Tactic is to just tire out the customer till one day the customer gives up. You fall for their low prices and this is how you get scammed. This is the order # 3309851. My experience with Moglix has been very bad. I ordered a small manual lawn mower which cost me a little less than Rs. 3000. I received my order in a very sorry looking plastic sack with handles popping out and the sack was sewn with a thin rope. When I opened the sack there was only a grass collection basket and handle. The main component which is the mower with blade was missing. I called up the delivery guy who asked me to contact Moglix. Moglix claims they gave me a sealed intact product. Really bad experience. Very disappointed.
