Do not expect any support
The phone, mi 11 pro, that I bought came quickly and mostly works as expected but support was bad to non existent. Chat offers no after sale support. From what I can tell, email support is either one person, Jessica, or all ops use the one name. They ignored my first email. After contacting 4 times they basically fobbed me off saying my app installed from the google play store , Linkedin an American based app, settings menu should be in Chinese. I've used this app before and this is simply not true. Overall my experience was not terrible but I would not say it was good either
