I was looking for term life insurance online & comparing various SG insurers. Pro - 1) Among them, FWD seems to be straight forward where they show you all the cost & coverage online without engaging any agent 2) Seems to be cheaper compared to others in market 3) Easy to navigate side Cons - Website says everything can be done online & in minutes provided all details we have which is not true for Term Life Plus Insurance. After you fill all details & submit, it goes to underwriter for processing & approval. So you need to wait for a couple of days before they accept/ reject the policy. This kind of thing should be declared on the respective insurance page for whichever insurance it is applicable so that people are aware of it before filling the details. Overall, happy with the overall experience.
