I have been trying to receive my money in the USA
I have been trying to receive my compensation for 6 months. They say they cannot send money to the USA because we do not have IBAN numbers and yet we have SWIFT numbers. Also every photograph I send of my passport is never the right size for them. I feel this is a scam. Helga was not helpful.
