Terrible company, and terrible smartwatch quality
Awful.... Do not buy from. Brought a smart watch, looks nice, but battery lasts a day even when not in much use. Tried to return. The response from customer service was...... We are KF quality products, it maybe a good gift for you to send to your friends or family, so how about you resale ? I've never hear of anyone telling me to give it to someone else as a gift or try to sell it. Told them I wanted a full refund and they just ignored me, multiple times. Absolute rubbish company.
