Terrible… During my reservation I never opted for travel insurance and they charged me for travel insurance. Right after the reservation and spoke with the support person and they said that the refund has been initiated and it takes 6 billing cycles to get my refund back. Till now I didn’t receive my refund and the support lady “tina” she knows nothing and give false information when ever I speak with her. I asked her to connect me to the right person and without informing anything she kept me on hold for long time and no response. I never prefer this anymore.
