Dealing with vendors overseas can be trying at times, but Pandahall is an exception to the rule. Even though the pandemic caused shipping delays for many companies, I found them to be reliable even under these extraordinary circumstances. Customer service is prompt, and communications excellent. I have also seen over the years increased quality control and options for customers. Lately, as things 'get back to normal,' my orders have been arriving early...amazing!
