The entire process went as smoothly as possible. Although COVID surely slowed things down, the documents I needed from the U.S. were in my hands in less than 3 months! I was kept informed throughout, so I always knew which stage of the process my documents were at and how long each step would take to complete. And more importantly, the timelines were 100% accurate.
