This company about the customers once…
This company doesn't care about the customers once they have purchased the item. The machine I bought has several issues none have been rectified after a year of trying to contact them. They do not respond to any of your emails and when I have spoken to them on the phone Alex his very rude, abrupt and dismissive. I have no choice but to take action by other means as they are impossible to deal with. They refuse to communicate. I would like to add regarding your comment below you have sent me the same parts you sent me the first time and they have not made a difference to the functionality. I like the way you say that it is resolved for the purpose of this review.
