Exceeded my expectations in amazing customer service!!!!
I bought my batman gaming chair while working from home just after covid and I planned on it being the last chair I ever buy. In the last couple weeks something happened so one of the pins/screws fell out making it wobble. I reached out and the rep walked me through sending a video and even though it was a little bit out of warranty, the rep sent me a replacement back for the chair at no cost to me. Now THAT is service!!!!! I am not gonna admit that I was so happy I cried a little but I am not gonna NOT admit that either! Thanks so much!!!!
