Returns Warning
Poor customer service with no resolution offered. I measured my sofa and bought the two cushion option (because I have a two cushion sofa...) and the product that arrived was not nearly the size needed to fit the smaller of my sofas. Had weird seaming too, so not one size fits all. When I asked about a rerun since it didn't fit the arm rest right, I was told no returns "as the cost to restock and ship is against their values". Then I was pointed to a link on return policies that was not previously highlighted during purchase. Do not buy.
