Finding the needle in the haystack of pushy financial advisors
Having been burnt by my experience with 3 previous financial advisors I was looking for someone genuine to help sort out my two existing investment policies. Also I was looking for someone who could work with my style/pace of investing and all the questions and thoughts I typically have when it comes to making decisions about where my money goes. I thought I might be looking for a needle in the haystack of pushy financial advisors but thankfully Shane contacted me. 😊 Although I was initially quite weary, Shane was not pushy and patiently worked away at getting the information he needed from me and then did all the leg work to find out the possible options for the existing polices and making proposals of how to move forward. When it came time to make a decision Shane was again patient but also firm enough to help get me to make the necessary decisions to move forward (again he and his team did all the leg work once things had been decided). After 3 years working with Shane (the first year of which was basically Shane patiently chasing me so he could get things done), I am very happy with the returns so far.
