Cheated! Do not buy CREALITY in the UK!
I bought their Ender V3 series in October 2024 and the machine broke down within 3 months. Since January 2025 their overseas based customer service has been writing to me about changing parts and components and even after 6 months they are not willing to take it back or give a refund. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! They are not reliable and trust worthy! PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS IF YOU ARE IN THE UK! They do not have a service in this country and its a horrible customer service! I have been cheated! If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would have! STAY AWAY!
