Simple task but not straightforward
I could not make payment after retrieving the saved car quote from the email link. The page just stuck there forever when I clicked the pay now. Requested someone to call me back online, someone did call me BUT only rang 3 times then hang up. I called to the helpline, waited and eventually decided to press 1 for them to call me back. End up nobody called. I had to redo the quote as I could not reach anyone. Not a smooth process to buy the insurance. I have never experienced any claim before and hope won't encounter similar setback if really need to. Touch wood.
