After thinking I had found a suitable jewellery set for a very special occasion I placed my order a month ago. However 3 weeks later, when they should have arrived, there was no sign of them even being processed. I contacted them worried that they would not arrive on time. When they did arrive yesterday, to my dismay the valuable set was crumpled up in a plastic bag inside an empty cardboard box without any protective packaging! I expected it to at least be in a presentation box. Even the cheaper set was on a piece of card! Instead there was plenty of room for damage during transit. Both sets were twisted and the fastener of an earring broken. Disgusted with their service
