I have been cheated out of points so many times that now if they decide to have a feedback question before you close, I just tell them I expect to get cheated again. Then I click to close and sure enough, I mysteriously didn't qualify. Just now, cheated out of 175 points on the Branded site for an interminable grocery survey.
